Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer/Sales Manager located in Merta. The role entails managing sales operations, generating leads, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional customer service standards, optimizing sales strategies, and building relationships with channel partners to achieve organizational sales targets.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct deep, bottom-up research on companies and sectors, focusing on business quality, competitive positioning, and long-term value creation.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and valuation frameworks to support informed investment decisions.
• Assist in portfolio construction and ongoing monitoring to ensure alignment with long-term investment objectives.
• Prepare clear investment notes, research reports, and presentations for internal discussions and decision-making.
• Engage with company management teams and industry experts to gain deeper business and sector insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grounding in financial analysis and accounting, with the ability to interpret complex business and financial data.
• Demonstrated ability to form independent views, develop conviction, and articulate investment perspectives clearly.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with high attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Prior experience in equity research or asset management is preferred, though not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
